BUSINESS STAFFING RESOURCES SURVEY
What is your opinion on skill shortages? Are you suffering from lack of skilled staff?
Sutherland Shire Council is working with The Sydney Institute of TAFE, the Sutherland Business Education Network, local education & training organisations, and local industry to understand the actual extent and impact of the skills shortages we are experiencing locally, and across the southern Sydney region.
The following brief questionnaire will provide valuable information for this group to develop more effective training pathways, to inform government of the issues we face and to find innovative and practical ways of addressing the skills and employee shortages issue for our local businesses and organisations.
The survey will only take a few minutes of your time. Individual responses will be kept strictly confidential by Sutherland Shire Council and only aggregated results will be provided to the other parties.
