Training

The Sutherland Shire Marine Association actively supports professional and vocational training and education. After all, the long term survival and prosperity of our sector depends upon it.
The marine sector is supported by a wide array of jobs. Highly skilled trades and marine professions are the core of our industry.
However, the SSMA also recognises that building a successful and sustainable business requires additional skills and knowledge.
An increasing number of SSMA members are seeing the benefits of courses provided by local providers, such as: growing & managing a small business, business planning, building your own web site, marketing & sales, customer service, basic book-keeping to name just a few.
The SSMA recognises the important role of its local partners in training.
So visit these web sites and check out the huge range of professional, vocational and business support courses to help you in your business.
